Returns are a part of online sales, we will always try and help you if a return is requested.

All returns must be returned within 7 days of purchase, in some cases upon review a period of 14 days may be applicable. Contact details, and receipt must be sent with all returned items.

All returned items must be in original & resalable condition to receive refund. Refund will be given once the item/s have been returned, inspected and approved.

Custom made or Personalised items do not offer a return option, this is a product made specifically for a client which is un-sellable upon return, If there is an issue with a personalised item we will try to help resolve the issue as best as possible.

If an incorrect item has been delivered and/or purchased due to incorrect information provided by AP, return shipping costs are at AP’s expense.

If an item is purchased incorrectly or a buyers error, all shipping return costs are to be paid by the buyer.

Our products are of high quality, in the unlikely event we will help you with Warranty on your purchases.

The warranty period on all items commences from the date of purchase.

All claims for warranty must be made within the relevant warranty period, Buyer must return the product to AP for inspection, buyer is responsible for all warranty claim shipping costs (including the sending of a new item). Items that are sent back for a claim must be accompanied with reason for return, contact details & copy of receipt as proof of purchase, failure to do so will result in delayed exchanges.

The warranty does not apply to failure or damage to the product caused by incorrect use, contamination by foreign materials, any modifications made to the item by anyone, any abuse or misuse of our products will result in warranty rejection.

All items that are returned for warranty will be inspected and tested then passed at the discretion of AP, warranted items are strictly exchange only, (a refund will not be given).

AP uses various methods of delivery, depending on your location we may use: Australia Post, Sendle, TNT, Startrack, in some cases another method may be used, the customer will be provided with this information in this case.

All items are sent out in a timely manner, and the timeframe for shipping out is usually listed on the item of purchase. If there is a delay after an order is shipped this is not the responsibility of AP, however we will always help with tracking issues of orders.
